Accessories

Ok I am having issues with downloading pictures from my computer or hot drive to the phone. I am using the USB cord for the phone but when I do download pics it doesnt tell me where they are located. I have some in "themes" and some in "pictures" and then I have some I know I downloaded but have no clue where they are, any help or suggestions would be great.
