Patial OBEX on 8300

The LG 8300 is on its way to VZW. Not a whole lot different from 8100, but will support object transfer for vcards only. Hence, partial OBEX.

Oh, and DUN is enabled too.

Oh again, and the new flash based interface will be present.

it should be on it's way to stores by the end of the week, release date TBA.
