Verizon server

A client of mine wants to use the i830 for himself (needs Gsm roaming with push email) and mis units for the other 4-5 units.

What is the server cost and any licensing?

What are the options?

What are the differences in Blackberry servers and wireless sync servers?

Wireless Sync is not any type of server. It is a software that can be downloaded.

Just a suggestion..do your research, know your product, and then sell the product

I used to work b2b for Cingular so you think I would know.

But thats what Phonescoop is for, help.

I called my Verizon rep for help he should have given me this info.

I get people asking me and I do not know much about the server side.

I had a Blackberry on a server and know the benefits but not the internal workings.

I don't go looking for these types of clients but I do get them occasionally.

The is a wireless sync server. It costs about the same as BB. For either you must have a microsoft exchange server.

If you dont you can use the web versions that most retail customers have access to.
