my sister bought a usb ... but now, we format the computer and she can't find the cd to install it so the computer didnt recognize the usb... something like that...
so she dl the program from the internet... but when she connects the phone to the computer, it doesnt work anymore
does anyone know what she can do?? ...

Go to Nokia's website and see if you can dl what is called a "driver" for the phone or the usb connections. Another option with the 3220 is to conect via Bluetooth. You can purchase a Bluetooth adapter for USB. They run like 30 bucks at Best Buy.
