Well, it will just add to more companies’ spectrum holdings in which they can do a number of things with. 700 MHz is great for in-door coverage so companies could be looking at that; however, the downside is that the data speeds could be affected because the spectrum cannot be re-used by the carrier. What would you like to know other than that?
