I have a Verizon EnV. I just bought the phone and found out that I can't use blue tooth transfer between the phone and the laptop. I was reading some thread and came across BitPim. how can I get it and how does it work? Please can someone help me with this. Thank you

You go to BitPim.org, and download the software. Make sure you have a data-cable to connect your phone to your laptop, and the rest is pretty much self explanatory. It's also the easiest way (for me anyway) to make your own ringtones and put them on the phone.
