Putting music on a Motokrzr from an Apple

Is there a way to transfer music from an Apple laptop to a Motokrzr?

If you have a PC it's possible but not for an Apple. Please help me. I have a new MacBook and a new KRZR.

well the best idea is to get a memory card reader and go from there...
