Eatoni Mail/Samsung a950 problem-GIN
I have a Samsung a950, tried to download Eatoni Mail from GIN (with VZW) and now whenever I go to "Get Going" all is get is the hour-glass showing. All the other menu's work as normal. CS could not help, so I'm throwing it out here...

Hello and sorry for the problem you are having.
Verizon upgraded GIN recently and that caused problems in the installation of (at least) Eatoni Mail on certain devices (Samsung a930 and a950 both have the problem you describe).
We are waiting for VZW to provide us with a solution to existing installations that went wrong, at which time I will provide you with the solution.
