bluetooth and your PC

does anyone know what is the best bluetooth adapter to use on your PC? i have a nokia6620 and a kensington adapter . im having trouble linking them up . any help please . very noobie. thanks doc

Have you downloaded the free software from Nokia? It is called Nokia PC suite. It is avail free at Nokiausa.com Without the software the devices will talk, but you can not easily move images, sounds or contact information. Hope this helps and good luck

I use linksys adaptor and the nokia software available be nokiausa.com. I had alot of driver issues with windows when installed the bluetooth adaptor. Somehow windows automatically rejects the driver installed by the manufacture and installes a default. This driver usually wont make the connection. If you are having this problem, you have to manually change from windows to your manufacture driver from device manager window and under bluetooth Radios, instead of generic bluetooth radio select your manufactures bluetooth radio. That might solve it, if you're having this issue.

I have a bluetooth keyboard and mouse frim microsoft. It came with 2 adpt. for my PC. Plug and play all the way with it baby, never a problem. Also use it to transfer files from my V710.
