Connection Cards

So we are having a debate at my store about which is faster. USB connection cards or the Standard PCMCIA/Express cards? Any opinion would be greatly appreciated.

they are about the same usb does have some bottlenecks but bandwidth wise there about the same but i would go with PCMCIA just becouse USB was never intended to send large amounts of bandwidth but with usb 2.0 there is almost no diff!

what about the new usbs with the battery boost? Any word on those....the move faster or what?
