Spectrum Holdings

Hey does anyone know where I can find a list of spectrum holdings by region for the wireless carriers?

What I'm wondering is will there be many areas at&t will not be able to cover with 3G simply because of the 5MHz requirement of UMTS?

UMTS requires 5 MHz of Spectrum while most everything else just requires 1.25 MHz. I'm wondering if it's a spectrum shortage that's keeping UMTS from being nationwide by now.
