New Verizon phones
I have read about the imminent release of the Treo 755 and the VX6800, by Verizon, in this an other forums. What I find perplexing is that no one at either their local retail outlets or their national customer service centers have any ideas as to what these phones are or when the may be released.
Having been with Verizon for years I am hesitant to switch to Sprint, however, they seem to be bring new products to market where as Verizon seems to be marketing to V-Cast users.
How can one found out, with some accuracy, when Verizon will be releasing more contemporary PDA's.

That's because VZW doesn't release this information to retail outlets because when they do, the information gets leaked. Sorry but you're stuck with rumors until VZW makes a press release.

those two phones are to be released in the next 60 days. when they come out i will let ya know. i wk at verizon. we are suppsoe to get a few new PDAS by the end of the year.

Verizon 2007, do you know which new Blackberry is expected soon at VZW? I've read the Curve and the Pearl on some forums, but cust svc reps do not seem to know, but kind of hint something will happen soon. I switched from vzw to get the curve and my 30 day trial window is about to close. The curve is awesome and I need a camera, but the network is awful. ATT cant even do phone calls well, let alone data. If you have any info it would be great to know. I will really miss this curve. Certainly wish the execs at the best network would realize they would gain so many of its competitors customers if they just had cooler phone. C'mon VZW! your doing so much right, just go the extra mile.

I am told we are getting the Blackberry 8130 at the end OF October?? Thats the ETA, I think Veriozn tests the phones on the network first before releasing phones, just because they are all cool and everyone wants it, doesnt mean they should roll it out! if it wont wk well, then why release it?? know what i mean?
