I need some help in getting a new phone. I have a samsung sph-a620 phone right now that is not charging. bought on oct.18, 2003 took the phone in to sprint to get it replace and they said they couldn't help me ☚ī¸ because it was 12 days pass factory warranty. They told me that I need to get it fix or get a new phone, I was piss off 🤭 after that point because after being with them for 6 year and they couldn't do any thing for me because it was 12 day pass warranty. It will cost me about the same to fix the phone than getting a new one. So I need some help on what is the best new phone out there. 😲 😁 🙄

"Coverage wise, you would recommend cingular because they have tons of new phones coming out..." ????

Anyone else confused as to what new models has to do with coverage?

I yield to this one.

I'm lost on this one as well...

I'm guessing maybe two trains of thought collided and derailed...

a) cingular now has the largest network
+
b) cingular offers more handsets than anyone else
= train wreck of two different thoughts...

that's the only thing i can figure out about what that person was trying to say...

Have you tried taking the battery off the phone for a few minutes, then putting it back on, then, without turning the phone on, plug it in? A friend of mine had a 670 that this helped to resolve.

Do you have the insurance? It will replace your phone if you do. If you don't, the cost is yours. If you do stick to Sprint, consider adding the Enhanced Warranty Protection to your replacement (it has to be added in the first 30 days so you can't add it to your current phone). For $2 a month it covers any mechanical problem plus wear and tear and a replacement only costs a $10 processing fee.

If you would like to stick with Sprint, take a look at the Audiovox 9950 (Toshiba 4050), the Samsung A700, and the Sanyo 8200. All are flip phones with cameras and have the basic phone features (compare them to see).

The Audiovox has a large, clear screen and has lots of features for the price. Friends of mine that sell cell phones for a...
