I'm in the market for a new phone. Any suggestions regarding the LG 8300 vs LG 8600?
Thanks

Well, I've heard that the 8600 and Chocolate tend to have problems with their touch-sensitive buttons and aside from that it's paper thin and probably not too durable. I'd stick with the 8300 which should be cheaper anyway.

I'm in the same situation...anytime I've tried the 8300 in a store the ear speaker always sounded thin and scratchy (cheap).
I've played with the 8600 a few times, sounded a bit better but I also think one drop and it's junk.

What I'm looking for...long battery life, strong signal in my home a must, decent camera/video...and that's about it.

Personally, I could care less about the music and all the other BS. 🙄

My old BAM 330D pretty much still sounds better then anything I've heard thus far...however, it never work well in my home. 😕

The touch buttons are not bad at all either, you can set the sensitivity levels, and by default they auto lock when you close the phone, so in order to access them you have to hit a side button first. Its a gorgeous phone and has definitel...
