rumor about verizon and new treo.
Ok I went to a verizon store the other day because i finally decided to buy myself a treo 700p. The gentlman i was dealing with told me i should just wait because in march of next year verizon is coming out with a new treo phone. I was just wondring if any 1 new if there was any truth to this rumor.

The only thing I've heard so far is about the 750, which isn't for Verizon.

I called Verizon yesterday to ask when any new PDA phones would be coming out. The rep told me that within the next couple of weeks they would have a new treo, and she was able to tell me the model and spec (model 700pO??). However, Palm does not have this available on their website, but she did tell me it has the same general function as the 650, with no antenna, no camera, and slightly slimmer. I asked her if it was the 750, and she said no. Sorry for dangling the carrot, but I have no other info.
