Verizon and V710 help needed!
I've always had and loved Samsungs! I know verizon has samsungs but i'd like to try something new like the motorola V710. Since i do a lot of texting how do the samsungs and the v710 compare in that area?

T9 used in Samsungs is superior to Predictive Text used in Motos in my opinion. Have used both extensively and just prefer T9-it learns where predictive doesn't.

Yeah, I'm a Moto guy from way back, and the predictive text on the a670 & a650 is really good. I used an a650 for about a week & I liked the way it worked, I just needed the speakerphone on my V60s. I think the last release of the Moto software is better than previous versions - I used a t720 for over a year, and I thought it was ok, but when I got the v60s, I was amazed at how much easier it was to compose my messages. Kyocera's t9 is awful - I used a Slider for a few days & it drove me nuts. Haven't tried Nokia's text software yet. I find LGs t9 irritating & prone to not guessing the right words all the time.
