They are saying that the M1 will not be in stores until Jan. Thats the most recent info I have.

The M1 will not hit retail stores until Jan. However, you will be able to purchase this phone through customer service (telesales) as early as November 26th. While 11-26-06 is the scheduled launch date this could be moved back several times pending the final testing stages of the phone.
