Samsung mm-a900

razorblade

Dec 25, 2005, 12:54 AM
Does anyone know if Verizon might carry this phone? I know Sprint carries it, seeing that Sprint is on a CDMA network one would think so. Then again, we are talking about Verizon so probably not! 🙄 If anyone has info it would be greatly appreciated.

As far as I know sprint is the only carrier in the US to get it. Verizon has the CDMA version of the razr so it would be kind of counter-productive to have to very similar phones. It sounded to me like Sprint pushed to get this phone because verizon got the razr

It is a good phone but I would consider looking at the a920. Same eveything just a little bigger. Has expandable memory and a better battery life. That is why I went with it myself over the blade. Same price too. Just thought i would tell you.

I was told that his phone is exclusively for Sprint. Verizon is so sssllllooww on keeping up with technology. They are trying hard to push those damn LG phones. Verizon does not seem to care about its customers anymore 😡 . It is sad. I will not be surprise if they start losing customers. I have called and went to the store, either the sells rep no nothing or they are not telling anything. But from the looks of the phones I did not see too many new phones.

Hmm. I dont have any problem with Verizon phones.. And I find the LG's (at least the ones I have had) to be the best they offer.
I had the VX7000 for two years and was very pleased with it. and now i have the 8100 which is awesome too.

Every carrier has phones that are basic or cheap and plasticky.

They have just as many, if not more, phones in their line up than every other carrier.

People complain about bluetooth being crippled and the Verizon UI. I think they should do more research BEFORE they make a purchase instead of complaining about it later.

And NO I do not work for Verizon.

No, although they do have a Version of the Samsung MM-a940 but instead of being black it is silver with a red faceplate and slightly different outer controls and keypad, but basically the same phone.
