Anyone hear anything about a new display Kyocera might be working on? It supposedly uses some type of mirror to reflect direct light into the display and make it brighter and more vibrant.

Well, as a spinoff of Qualcomm, Kyocera Wireless still aligns itself quite closely with all major Qualcomm technologies (think BREW).
Qualcomm did buy a very promising display company called Iridigm a while back:

...so perhaps this is actually getting close enough to market that Kyocera is planning a phone using an iMOD display. That'd be pretty sweet. 😎
