For Cingular, what phone(not PDA) is better overall than the v635. I personally have only been selling phones for about 5 months so I am not really an expert on too much when it comes to phones, but it looks to me that the v635 is pretty nice.

I like the Sony Ericsson s710a. It's a really nice phone. I personally don't like moto phones they always have too many problems

I like the features on the s710 but how reliable are sonyericsson phones?
Also, I always hear about the problems with motorolas, like how the v551 has volume issues, but that is the only specific problem I have heard of. What other ones do I need to Know about.

Usually the first set of them that come out have major menue problems, screen black outs, and reception problems. The only thing I have heard that's bad about the ericsson is that the menue is a little slow to respond.
