Motorola v810 for verizon???
Does anyone have any info on whether/when verizon is going to release the moto v810. A verizon rep told me soon but who knows. Anyone got any info????

I doubt it will happen. I know it was planned at one point, but I think it was canceled. The V810 is a relatively old model by now...

Yes Verizon is going to release the V810, the release date depends on weather or not you are in a Vcast enabeled area. Right now there are less then 32 cities with Vcast. Check verizonwireless.com to find out when Vcast will be in yoru area.

the 265 is the reason i havent switched to vzw yet. i want the size of screen of the 810 on a lower cost phone.

YOUR ALL WRONG. I work for VZW personally, and I promise you that the 265 is NOT the replacement for the 810. The 265 is a new model low end camera phone they made to compete with audiovaux and LG. The V710 is going away and is being replaced by an **UN NAMED** phone (probably the Va810). This is going to be identical is size and shape to the V710 that VZW now offers. The only differance is the capability of Vcast (EV-DO) technology.

Verizon is replacing the V710 with the Moto E815.
It is basically the same phone but has EV-DO and supposively fixes all the v710 glitches. I am still skeptical because I currently am on my 4th v710 since getting it in early August. I am at wits end with this phone. Hopefully the E815 will be out soon before my v710 gets dropped out of my skyskraper office window in NYC...

Stand Corrected the changed the NAME OF THE 810 To the VA840, but it is the same phone as the 710.
