I notice that I can buy higher end phones much cheaper, often free, with VZW service through Buy.com (Inphonic). Has anyone used them and what's the catch?

I believe with InPhonic there is a dual ETF. One from carrier and one from InPhonic for say 150 days or something. Meaning you have to stay on that calling plan, you can only increase plan, not decrease...
