Someone tell me what's REALLY going on with Sprint Please!
I am new to the forums, and I am also a Sprint customer. I've had sprint since 1999, when it first came to my area, Spartanburg SC. I've had service with all the carriers around here, but always went back to Sprint. I was never without Sprint for more than a month. That's because I've always liked their services and it kept bringing me back each time. BUT, I hate their customer service. If I could fly to India, sometimes I think I would literally choke the CSR with their headset cord! Also, since I switched to the $99 simply everything plan, my bill has been exactly right, which is a relief after years of arguing with them! I've read over the past couple of months that their doing horribly financially, and I've seen all these rumors ...

No buyout. If anything they will just sell off Nextel probably to T-mobile UK but not certain.
If you get good coverage ... stay with Sprint.
You're already on the best plan for the money in the industry.
As far as customer service ... come into a corporate store from now on if u need to dispute a bill.
