Rumor Mill

I am in the market for upgrading my current phone (Motorola Z3) and my top choice is the HTC S730, but am unable to find facts as to whether AT&T will be getting this phone. Reports online, which reference the FCC wesite, state that a US Version of the S730 has been approved. Also, there are rumors that AT&T will be picking it up. Unfortunately, there is no information anywhere online which tells me IF and WHEN AT&T could have this phone available. The other option is the "UNLOCKED" European version, but the problem there is that this version is not compatible with the US 3G network.

Does anyone know the typical timeline from FCC Approval to a company carrying the phone? Also, does anyone have any idea on how the overall performance...
