Is President Bush and AT&T Mobility spying on our citizens?

There has been reports the President Bush and AT&T Mobility have been working together to blackmail political opponents and peace supporters by their telephone usage records. Does anyone else no anything about this???

If you can get a warrant and/or a subpoena you can tap just about any type of means of communications. Also don't forget many record are accessible under the Records Freedom Act.
