Who cares about a devices color. If that device is a bad product, changing the color wont help.

agreed.. infact, i totally agree with ya.. im in shock.. 😳 but i don't technically work for sprint ;) but getting a different job, is definately happening.. i doubt i'll even return to cellular sales.. too many grumpy people when it comes to customer care. what it should be is customer i don't care what your prob with the company is, i just work here care.
