i doubt LG will have anything new because they just released the MUZIQ,

samsung comes out with a different phone every two weeks - theyre the best bet

and hope to God that Motorola doesn't come out with anything for the CDMA side. Their phones a trash.

DeepFryerDan, have you checked out FCC's site lately? If so, then you'd know they have approve a 3rd LG phone for Sprint. The LG LX400. Don't have any details on the phone, but the LG LX260 is going to be a slider, message, phone. The LX260 has a full QWERTY keyboard,that slides out sideways. Like the PPC6700. The LG LX160 is a lower end flip phone. Samsung M520 is a thin slider phone, real similar to the new Moto ROKR that Sprint is going to release. Sprint will release the Moto RAZR 2 in early Sept. Want to know any new releases for phones, FCC is the place. All phones have to be approved by them.

I did forget about that Samsung M520. I've heard a bit about that. I've heard the RAZR 2 won't be sold til november, though.

If I'm not mistaken, the J2ME, not the Linux Moto RAZR 2 should be launched on the 12th of Sept. Don't think CDMA America will get a Linux Moto this year. ☹️

i hope that it's better than the last razr. the last sprint razr really made me lose faith in motorola.. so much so that I refuse to sell their phones in my store.
if a customer insists on buying it still i usually lie on the floor and kick and scream til they change their mind.

i won a red razr last time, i sold that thing so fast lmao. all i kept really was the xbox 360. i still have the t305 speaker and the red ipod nano still unopened. i am gonna give the speaker to my mom i think and i am selling the nano as i have a 60gig ipod now.

I hope so too. CDMA and GSM Motos are getting a bad rap in America. Motos seem to be all show and no go.

I'm guessing real soon. The sku is already in Sprint's system. I'm not too sure if there's going to be 2. There may be a high-end (Ev-DO)and low-end (non Ev-DO). I'll let you know when I find out.

Yes, I do work for Sprint. I am a corporate sales manager, for the wirless division of Sprint.

Let me just put this a simple as I can. Ev-DO = fast data speeds that allow you do more (example: stream TV, stream music, download faster, send and recieve data faster, etc.)

Non Ev-DO, slower data speeds. May be able to stream TV, music, and data, but not as fast as Ev-DO

Most Ev-DO phones have 1.3 mp cameras, and video, expandable memory, and mp3 enabled.

Most non Ev-DO phones are not feature rich like Ev-DO phones.

Ah, thanks Yean! I'm so excited for this phone now. I'm 15 and I'm definitely putting money away for it. So since it's already in the skew (sp?) I'll probably be purchasing it outright.
