Alltel and Blackberry Pearl
Does anyone know whether Alltel is planning on picking up the pearl or not?

Pearl is GSM phone not compatible with Alltel, CDMA, But I have heard and seen on net 8830 world phone from blackberry, supposed to be world phone works on cdma and gsm networks, I saw it advertised for vzw and sptint my guess alltel will get it soon

It's not the first time a gsm phone has been converted to Alltel though. Hopefully it will, but who knows because alltel sucks at getting the new phones. I think the razr was only a gsm phone for awhile until verizon and alltel got it.
