well no verizon store will flash your phone, because i know that you cant take other phones from other carriers and get it to work with verizon sorry verizon is the one company that blocks people from using phones from other carriers, ive seen it done once in the long time i have been with them, i know im a technician for them, i fix the phones and we dont flash phones from other carriers, my suggestion would be to try an authorized dealer, they may be crazy enough to do it, but keep in mind when ever a flash software upgrade is done on any phone , there is a chance you could lose all the data on your phone.....good luck
