Its a gsm phone. It offers WCDMA2100 which is a eurpean bandwidth so its unlikely we will see it. If we do it would be a gsm carrier.

This is just my opinion, but I think that the reason America is so far behind is because we are so capitalistic... why should a carrier jump ahead and carry really high end phones when everyone will buy the latest and greatest every little step of the way? ie... if you only have a 1.3MP camera right now and they can sell you a 2MP and you'll buy it then move on to the 3MP then 5 etc. etc... Why should they just jump right to the 5MP if they can sell you every step in between and everyone will buy those all up? Which makes them more money? To think that these huge cell phone companies don't have the capabilities to get these phones and sell them right now is just dumb thinking... With 50+ million customers with a minimum bill of $39.99 per mo...

Talkng to cingular rep., & he inform me they will be getting the N95 in the middle of the summer?

I don't know who that rep was but I can almost assure you that Cingular will not be getting the N95. If your going to want it in the States your going to have to get it unlocked...
