Is Kyocera Wireless selling itself or waiting for a suitable buyer???

No new phones, enough crashes reported by thouands of users on net, makes hammer head phones & charges a lot... But only thing is clarity in reception is humongous. Is this phone company up for sale now or just for time to kill itself???

Don't know if it's for sale, but we haven't had any experience with clarity in reception. Plastic throwaway phones, is what we call 'em.
