How much is it to get unlimited data plan for your PDA? I assume it's an add on to your normal phone plan and does it give you unlimited use of PDA for email and web, and can you send unlimited pics attached through email?

It depends if you want OfficeSync or not.. or if the "smartphone" is a Blackberry or not. and yes, unlimited text is $15..

You totally confused me here. Wouldn't be BB, would be PPC 6700 or Treo 700. But what is office Sync? And can I attach and send unlimited number of pics from email?

OfficeSync is the service that allows you to push/pull your email. BB service is different from all other smartphones.
I would go with the 6700 since it is EVDO, and it is windows based.
