The pay is over 10 dollars an hour.. It is base on were you have worked before... Alltel is known for paying the highest commissions in the retail wireless ... an example you get paid 150% on data for any dollar amnount you sell... They have a 401k, great health care, paid days off... It is a great company to work for... The avg paid pre year for an Alltel wireless cosultant is 43,000 a year..

O ya i do... I have even have customer's throw phone at me lol... but the managment team is awesome... Over all i love my job... But it is customer sevice so i would say if you are thinking about trying for a job know that 99
% of the customer you help will be with customer service issues... Great company to work for!!!

is there a quota per month? are they very competitive? i dislike working somewhere where it's not about the customer, and instead about the money and the numbers. just curious. some loan company called me about a management opening, but i like where i'm at, and i'm loyal to who hires me, i hate to just job-hop. but hey, gotta get paid, too, soooooo.....

quotes change by location and employee my are 30 new line 10 pre paid and NAUP of 65 Data 350, Acc of 2200... Very competitive you work off a sorce card each day that shows were you rank..Which store is it that you are thinking about work i can look up record of the store.. I can see and problems they have 😁

Dont get me wrong. I like working for Alltel, but Western Wireless paid much better on the commission side. New reps make more base pay with alltel than they did with western but the commission isnt even close.

They do pay well and i wasnt complaining, just comparing. Western was low on the salary side but if you worked hard you easily made up for it and then some in commission. I know of a few sales reps that were making over 100k a year.
