What's with the 1500 min plan???

I cannot believe that Alltel would go as low as to us T-mobile's bait and switch. 1500 anytime without any promos. Again I am perplexed by the wireless companies. It's advertising brings in people, but tarnishes Alltel's good name by being a bait and switch.

How do you figure? Alot of us don't care about N\W we want a bucket of minutes to use during the day when business is being conducted. They have other plans with giveaways for those who care about that sort of thing. Not every plan is made for every user. Variety is the Blah Blah Blah 😁

I'm basing this on consumer perception. The perception is that you get these promos. You disappoint the customer when they aren't getting what they think. I find that promo disappointing.

i work for tech support and i just switched some people over yesterday to the new plan, it doesnt specifically doesnt say we can not add promos, (unless im wrong, im usually working with the phone and transfer to cs to do billing stuff) but its just a promo rate plan we have for a limited time, its not like the unlimited where thats all you can have and no text or anything.. etc.

The plan is not intended to be a bait and switch. What happens is that people looking to change wireless service don't do enough research so all they hear is that T mobile is offering x number of minutes for x dollars a month and Alltel isn't. So Alltel combats this by offering a comparable plan. A lot of business customers love this plan and could care less about M2M or OP minutes.
