you know running out of money or go broke as you put it is different then not being able to raise capital to increase offers and services. Actually its a big difference. They can just stay the same alltel they are today and be profitable as they are today. They just don't have the money to expand or build up anything more.

They were going to expand alltel to other states but just can't in the present credit market.
