RESTON, Va., Nov 12, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Nextel Communications Inc. (NXTL) surpassed all other wireless carriers by achieving a perfect score on the Washington Post's annual cellular phone service test. Nextel scored perfectly on last year's test as well.
