As with most Public Safety enployees, its typically 10% off of your plan and 23% (I think) off of accessories. There are no discounts for phone upgrades but if you want to open a new account you can get a substantial discount off of a new phone.
The 10% off is nice as I have the old National Breakthru 10,000 plan and it costs me $49 instead of $54. 😁
