I have had Nextel/Sprint whatever u want to call it...for 3 months..and every month my Bill is over charged and wrong. I have had to call in 7 times already to try to fix the issue...everyone gives me a credit..I have a Blackberry plan...i keep getting charged for DC mins..its suppose to unltmd...But so far i get charged for it. So what, they are crediting me and there suppose too...
I dont want to the headache of having to check every Month...or twice in a month..this is exclty Y i kept my VZW account open...
WHAT is the DEAL with SprinTel? do they not care they rather credit customer then get it right...Let me know

Well actually read your bill,
Does your plan offer you unlimited Direct Connect,
or does it offer unlimited Direct connect, or Unlimited Nationwide Direct connect,
If your geting charged for NDC (Nation Wide Direct Connect) chances are your plan doesn't include it,
Call Care, and talk to them,
If the charges were legit, it was possible that you got a one time courtesy credit for it,
But keep in mind, you can't keep asking for it, cause they wont give it to you all the time if the charges are legit.
I would call in and find out if the charges are legit, or invaild, if they are invaild, then insist they be fixed so it don't happen any more than that.
Keep in mind Unlimited Direct Connect is only Local,
if your out of your call...

Wow, I'm having a flashback! I left Sprint because of ongoing billing issues. The occasional problem crops up with any carrier, it's how it's handled by customer service that counts.
By the way, same problem with T-mobile. They transposed two numbers when posting my payment one month and left me with about $0.35 past due - they suspended my service. I had to fax a copy of the check - with the correct amount - showing it was their error before they would turn the line back on. For 35 cents!
