Administrator, LLC ("TA") today announced that Wave 2, Stage 1 reconfiguration
will start on October 3, 2005 as previously scheduled in the Regional
Prioritization Plan ("RPP"). "Wave 2" licensees are in the National Public
Safety Planning Advisory Committee ("NPSPAC") regions covering areas in the
Central United States, including Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South
Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, parts of Texas, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri,
Arkansas, and extending to Tennessee, Kentucky and West Virginia. Wave 2 also
includes Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. "Stage 1" refers to the
