most likely it will hurt your credit, if you terminate or buy out your contract before the contract date is over. usually it depends, but its your termination fee plus some other fees. (however, i am not sure on that extra fees, my suggestion to you is to call up nextel and ask them. ask to be transfered to account services)

Wrong - bu no one is suprised. Nextel will only report a customer to a credit agency when a contract is cancelled early if a) any outstanding balances are not paid and/or b) the ETF fee is not paid. Otherwise nothing occurs. That is why the ETF is charged.

Buying our a contract is paying and ETF. You obviously don't know what you're talking about, so why try so hard?

No carrier will report you to an agency for ending your agreement early, as long as you pay all your dues, including ETF.

If you claim to be who you claim to be, why didnt you? It's something simple you should know, considering your claimed status.

But I didnt tell him cause I had just read the post.

Guess what? I don't deal with it either, now considering your claimed position in the wireless world, it'd be something you'd know.

You should really do your homework when you go claiming something you're not :-)

again, if you knew you should have mentioned something. no, again, i dont deal with that so i dont focus my time on that. i focus it on other things.

last sentence is pathetic. i know what i am, i dont need to do any homework.

again, if you knew you should have said. instead of making a big deal over it at 11pm.

You know what you are on (or try to be) here. But in the real world, you have truths to face. Im not sure how you manage to sleep at night, but anywho, I've wasted more time on you then you're worth, later! 😉

You don't understand, I'm overjoyed that you'll be gone.

As for travel, I do some. Been to Poland, Germany, Japan.

I can't say I been around too much here in the states, WI, VA, CA.. That's about it. And I've been to Canada once too.

With the minimum wage job you're working I don't think you can afford to give away money LOL.

Don't worry, I have enough of my own! 🙂

What exactly am I jealous of? Maybe you can tell me because as far as I'm concerned, if I were you I'd be a pretty miserable person.

And yes, I've been to Poland, Germany, and Japan because those 3 places were and are the only places I have any business going to. Maybe some day I'll go somewhere nicer for vacation, some sort of resort or cruise. I'm not much of a traveler, but I do if needed.

And yes, minimum wage. My only question is where you make this minumum wage, perhaps McDonalds or Walgreens? Whichever and whatever. Have a good night, sweet dreams Cinderella 😉

Why did YOU answer then? If you don't deal with it is was simply a guess. I have answered many questions and with some I am not positive but I add that qualifier to my remark. I would hate the customer to think I gave them reliable information and have it turn out to be bunk.

And for your reponses to everyone else here, I didn't answer because I an unaware of Nextel's current policies. I could have told them info based on Nextel in 1998 and 1999, but it would have been completely irrelevant.

becuase i tried to help, unlike most people on here dont. it was a guess, and i am allowed too. since no one else did i did.

worst comes to worst they will call up customer care anyway becuase they will want to cancel it. customer care would have told them anyway.

HE ASKED YOU THE QUESTION!!! Why would anyone else automatically attempt to answer when he addressed it to you?

My goodness your replies are just so weak. Your logic defies reason.

by the way if they are weak then why do you keep responding to me? harrassing me? against tos rules.

People come here for answers (frightening concept). When you post inaccurate statements of fact or opinion that is baseless many of the members here feel they need to post accurate information to counter your post. It is needed for 2 main reasons:

1. Joe Shmoe has no idea what you just told him is WRONG and will lead him down a path that may hurt their position

2. You repeated ask for debate. The problem is when you get it w/o the childish name calling you don't like it because you don't actually understand how a debate system functions.

It is not harrassment to call you on your inaccurate statements. I hope the membership, in a professional responsible manner will continue to call your posts for what they are. As long as you...

Since noone has directly addressed your question, the answer is no. The ONLY time anything from a wireless company that effects your credit is if your account gets assigned to a collection agency for non-pay.
