Anyone know where I can purchase a i830 for my boost service?? I am in the west suburbs of Chicago, and is it a matter of just switching the sim from one boost phone to the other....I am currently using the Boost i730

You will pay anywhere from $250-$300 in any store. But I think Sam Goody Cuircit City Places like that may carry them.

I do not know about the cost or place for the handset but once you get it you should be able to just swap the SIM.

you can purchase boost mobile products and services at any nextel retail store, since its nationwide or from boostmobile.com ... the i830 that your looking for is 250 bucks.. i would just stay with the i730 too be honest. i mean if its working out for you why not just keep the i730? if its not then you might as well see some other options....

Do you think that the i730 is better than the i830?? I was merely looking to reduce in size...but if you think the 730 is a better phone...and I can honestly say I have had no problems so far...than I will stay with that one

honestly? no. i think that the i830 is a lot better then the i730, but then again i am talking about from the nextel brand, not the boost brand. for some reason i always see that differ in quality of phones for boost and for nextel. meaning, sometimes i see the i730 regular nextel phone terrible, while i see the boost mobile i730 is great. and that goes with other nextel phones and boost phones.

you mentioned that you didnt have any problems, so just keep it, in my opinion.

how long have you had boost and the boost i730?
