Anyone have trouble accessing Sprint.com? (Nextel now Sprint)

Any former Nextel users that upgraded to Sprint phone having trouble accessing their account online? Sprintel have been giving the the freggin run around for the last 2 months and I have paperless billing and I cant view my bills online and they cant send me one either. They told me to go to the store to get a reprint and they cant help me either they are getting error messages. I have a friend that has Sprint (the original) and doesnt have any issue. I called customer care and talked to soooo many different ppl and they dont know what is wrong. I am getting sick of this crap, okokok Phew!!

Hmmm...I doubt you will find ANY former Nextel subscriber that would consider the change to Sprint as an "upgrade". Perhaps if you'd asked for former Nextel customers who have downgraded to Sprint, you'd have gotten a response...

Seriously, though, you might try either the Hybrid care line (866-904-0474) or the government/large-businesses accounts care line; they technically should not help with regular personal accounts, but the cream of the Nextel crop are at those CS numbers and if they can help they usually will. They might be able give you a hint that gets you closer to resolution than the Sprint side has done for you so far.

We would have to put in a CTMS most likley to fix it we cant do a thing just like everyone else.
