Does anyone know for sure when this i860 phone is coming out?
I heard Oct. 1 and I find that hard to believe because they always delay it. Plus when ever I call to talk to a nextel rep they say they haven't heard anything about it. If that is the case how is nextel going to release a phone in less than two weeks and none of their people even know anything about it yet, and better yet have even trained on it.

My rep still claims Oct 1st. He brought by a dummy phone today for us.

It is rumored to be released for Oct. 1... but as usual nothing is offical until like the day before the launch of the phone.

The official release date is Oct. 1. It is already in the system for nextel, so expect it next friday.
