Ringtones??

I have a customer that needs to stop ringtones being sent to the phone weekly. They cannot reply to the text because text and internet have been removed from the phone. The company is m-Qube and the name is katazo ringtones...any ideas?

you can log into the cc tool on their behalf and stop the subscription. if you serach directbill in csp it'll tell you how

Im in that tool it wont let me cancel it just dispute it

re-enable sms, and have them reply 'stop' to one of the messages. Once they get a confirmation sms, remove the feature, then credit $0.20...

Couldnt the was a telecom manager she took the features off the account and she didnt have the phone. She went to the website and found a number she is calling.

http://www.katazo.com/supportform.cfm » there has to be a way to cancel it on there... Unfortunately you can't but you can tell the customer to go on it and they cancel it out.

If you delete them from infospace it normally does not help because when you subscribe to the "out of company" items it normally goes by your phone number... At least that is how I would thin kit would work.
