wow this is tough but right now i can say from feel and such
i think the motorola v365 push to talk phone looks and feels like a brick
so
i would say that one is best
if not the nokoia 6030 is a close second
even the samsung d407 feels pretty sturdy and i dropped mine over a dozen times
nokia better reception followed by the samsung and then motorola ...

Sony W810I I have dropped mine a ton and no other brand except older nokias compare to it such as 6230 and 6682.
