Help with "my account" on media net

I can't seem to be able to look at my account (mins, data, texts used) whenever I try to from media net. I am using a w600i. When I try to look up my account instead of telling me how many mins I got left and stuff, I get this "click my purchases link below to view your purchase history" I put my chip on a friend's SLVR and it showed my mins, but I put it back on the w600 and it didnt, so I know for sure it is the phone. What can I do to fix this? I need to be able to check my usage this way cuz I'm not always in front of a computer... HELP! 😕

I had a friend with same issue with the s710... may be an SE issue, you can check minutes by pressing *646# (*MIN#) then send, and can check your balance by pressing *225# (*BAL#) then send, but on your text messages you would still have to check online.

Actually, this is the second phone I have that does this. My v55(crap) did this too back in the day... I know I can check my mins that way. However, I need to also check my txts & data usage too...

hmmm... i had two motos, the v551 and v3, and they were both able to check info through the "my account" option, dont know what to tell you.... 😕

While it does sound like a specific phone issue, I noticed last week that the on line account manager was going goofy (AGAIN!)

I had been using a four character password, but the website made me change it to at least a six character word. Then for a couple of days it would not let me in with my old OR new password, and locked me out for an hour at a time. It seems like it is working OK now.

Might be related. Good luck.

i have the SAME EXACT problem. i called CS and they told me i needed to speak to the ANS (advanced network servies i think) department to see what was going on. I havent been able to call because they work on eastern time and as soon as i get off work at 6pm, they are already closed.

i have a SE w810i. my friends razr has the "My account" option in his menu.. he doesnt even have to go to MEdiaNet to select anything, it drops him right in.

hopefully ANS can help us!!!!

they never gave me a number... the person in CS just told me to ask for the ANS department... hopefully i'll get someone who knows what that is!!! if not... then fun game of ring around the phone line will start!!!! YAY!!!!
