New Logo?
The new logo will be the new logo that AT&T uses currently. And the new slogan will be: "AT&T. Your world, Delivered"
Cingular will be combined with AT&T's other services and it will all be one brand. The Cingular stores will now be AT&T stores and you will be able to purchase ALL AT&T services and products, not just wireless. There will be no new name for the wireless division, in fact there will be no wireless division, it is all AT&T.

I don't see that happening. All of ATT products and services aren't offered everywhere.
In my area we don't offer ATT home service, or DSL. There is only wireless.
As far as the organization goes... There def is and will be a 'wireless' division. Wireless may not be in the name, but we are our own division within ATT. Otherwise Stan would be out of a job as CEO.
As of 3 weeks ago the logo hasn't been decided on yet. That could have changed, but Jack will be here for at least the next 6 months, alongside the globe logo, so customer can get used to the change.

Left was right (ha). Wireless stores in AT&T's home territory (which extends across 22 states) are going to begin offering all AT&T services. Of course, if a store is out of that territory it will remain solely wireless.

I believe the name change will do a world of good, cingular has a crap reputation! The at&t name will go along ways in restoring confidence.

They lead in gross adds nearly every quarter. They also finish second in net adds and churn nearly every quarter. The only cell phone company that needs a name change is probably
Sprint. Cingular has performed considerably well considering some of the problems with integration and slow rollout of 3G services.

Okay if you say so maybe its just me but the name cingular just sucks, I'm glad they are changing to at&t I just like it better.

um actually ur wrong the jack is history and now the colors are blue AND orange. and the logo is the blue at&t logo

It's At&t Mobile and the DSL is already avalable for selling in retail stores but now the thing to wait for is the At&t Uverse services so we can get the cable company's scared with our triple play packages well in st louis anyway
