Can you access a BB server with a 650, BlackJack, Q, or 8525?

I've been told Cingular has a Treo 650 BlackBerry plan, what about other phones?

you can use blackberry connect on the Nokia E62, 9300, $ Treo 650. No windows mobile devices yet.
