Blocking calls?

I've got a quick question, is there a way to block calls and/or text messages from one particular number on the cingular network? Thanks!

Yes, *67then the number. Texted messages? No.

That would block your number from showing up on their called ID but as far as I know there is no way to block someone from being able to call or text you.

There is a way to do it if you have a Symbian phone. There is an application called "Blacklist" that forwards all calls from numbers on said list straight to voicemail without ringing.

That's the closest you can get. I used to have it on my 6682.

I've tried the *67 and it doesn't work.
Could it be because I'm one of the Cingular Blue (AT&T) people who never
came over. I've heard that there are several functions that we can't take
advantage of. Anyone if this is correct and what the functions that don't work for us?
