so. new user interface for all cingular phones. all the same. displays all terms and conditions at power up and power off and you must enter the last 4 of account holder social at power up and a graphical icon if the phone is insured and new sims display CINGULAR in all caps after 25% of off network as a warning and once a month an auto message letting customer know of upgrade eligiblity.
